It is a very simple workout that is also very effective.

What is the workout?,

It is the HIIT version of the jumping jack.

It is as basic as HIIT workouts go but also packs a powerful fat burning punch.

It is brain dead simple, yet astonishingly powerful…and you don’t need an equipment to do it, just your body.

In case you don’t know, HIIT means “high intensity interval training” and is a system of working out where you alternate periods of fast intense movements with periods of slower movements or rests.

It has the advantage of burning way more fat than normal cardio because it keeps your metabolism revved up for much longer.

HIIT workouts in general keep your metabolism raised for up to 2 days and burn up to 18 times more fat than aerobic and other forms of exercise.

This particular workout is a simple adaptation of the jumping jack to the HIIT workout system.

I chose it because practically anyone can do it and get great results regardless of how old or young they are and without needing to spend money on workout equipment. And you can do it anywhere too even in your bedroom or kitchen.

All you do is alternate 10 second periods of fast, intense jumping jack movements ( you move as fast as you can aiming to do 15, 20, 25 jumping jacks in 10 seconds, trying to increase the number each time) followed by an equal 10 second period of rest (where you might simply keep moving from side to side, marching in place, or completely stop moving for 10 seconds).

You do that for 10 minutes at a stretch at least once a day, more if you can.

If you do it religiously you will see amazing results in a very short time.
