Some times we need to lose weight super fast.
May be because we are going on a new date and need to impress or there is an important occasion or function coming up, a mile stone in our lives where we need to look our best.
Whatever the reason, it is possible to lose weight fast in those kind of circumstances and look your best.
You only need to do three things.

1 Drink at least 2 liters of water spread out throughout the day ( in 3-5 parts)
It may sound ironical but it’s true that the more water you drink the more water weight we lose. This is because when the body is starved of water it is forced to hold tight onto every last drop causing an increase in water weight.
When you drink enough water however this compensatory drive of the body to cling tightly to water is eliminated causing substantial loss of water and a reduction in water weight.
Drinking water also helps boost metabolism because all the metabolic processes in your body require water to function properly.
Think of water as “oil” for your cells.Required for smooth function. When you are dehydrated your metabolism slows down because your cells run into “resistance”. Waste accumulates in them sapping you of energy. In fact WebMD says a mere 1% dehydration can seriously lower your metabolism.
Besides, drinking water is probably the easiest way to cut calories in the world. According to estimates by webmd, drinking 1 cup of water cuts your calorie intake by 65 calories.
3 cups lower your calorie intake by 205 calories. Think about that for a second. Just 3 cups of water and you’re your calorie intake goes down by 205 calories.
That’s the equivalent of the amount of calories you burn walking 2.5 miles.
And how long does it take you to drink 3 cups of water? Probably 3-5 minutes total.
Drink at least 2 liters or the equivalent of ½-1 ounce per pound of your body weight to lose weight fast.
2 Eat a maximum of ½ a teaspoon of salt a day
Avoid all salty foods, canned foods, pre-packaged foods, salty snacks etc. Use salt extremely sparingly if you must. Otherwise avoid it completely.
Salt causes water to be retained in your body increasing your water weight. Eliminating it has the opposite effect: causes increased loss of water and a sharp decrease in your water weight.
3 Eat only fruits and veggies as much as you like for 2 days.
This by itself can cause you to lose as much as 5 pounds in the next 2 days because it sharply lowers your calories by as much as 30%- 50% and your carbs too because veggies and fruits are low calorie, high nutrient and high fiber, lowering your calories and boosting your fiber and nutrient intake, causing you to lose a lot of fat fast and without needing to struggle too much with hunger because of all the fiber you eat.
A good way to do this is to eat a lot of vegetable salads ( at least one large plate a day ) and double servings of steamed greens or healthy plant based or vegan soups.
Also eat fruits for snack: apples are great for this because of all the fiber they contain particularly pectin that keeps you full for longer.
Also drink green smoothies if you want especially for breakfast, they help you slim down very quickly.
