1 Chocolate milk.
6 oz of skim milk mixed with 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup.
2 Dark chocolate
1 block or 3 squares.
3 Banana soft serve
1 small frozen banana pureed into an ice cream.
4 Milk and cereals
½ a cup of skim milk mixed with ½ a cup of krispies.
5 Chocolate filled strawberries
40 large strawberries, washed and dried, ½ a bar of chopped dark chocolate, 1/8 of a cup of cocoa, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Eat 5 strawberries per serving.
6 Coated Pear
I/2 of a medium sized pear dipped into a mixture of 1 teaspoon each of maple syrup and cashew butter.
7 Frozen grapes
1 cup of grapes frozen in the freezer for 2 hours.
8 Baked carrot chips
Cut 2 large carrots into thin slices with a knife, place the sliced carrots in a bowl and sprinkle with ½ a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil and salt. Then place the carrots in a single layer on a cookie sheet line with parchment paper and heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until crisp.
9 Chai protein tea
½ a teaspoon of chai tea, 1 ½ tablespoons of hemp protein powder ans ½ of a small sized banana blended with 6 ounces of water.
10 Milk and cookies
½ a cup of skim milk plus 5 animal crackers.
11 Grape yogurt popsicles
Frozen grapes covered with yogurt and chia seeds or chopped almonds, granola or pecans. Get 80 grapes, washed and dried, 5 ounces of vanilla Greek yogurt and 3 tablespoons of chia seeds.
Poke each grape with a tooth pick at the end opposite to the hole to which the stalk was attached. Dip it in yogurt that has been stirred to remove the lumps. Then gently mix in the chia seeds that have been poured into a cereal bowl and then place them on a medium sized cutting board in a freezer that has been lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 90 minutes. Eat 10 grapes per serving.
12 Baked apple
1 medium sized apple cored and stuffed with 1 teaspoonful of brown sugar and cinnamon, then baked until tender and until the sugar has turned to caramel.
13 Fig and peanut butter
1 fig with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
14 Grilled pineapple
Grill one cup of pineapple for 2 minutes or until golden.
15 Nut stuffed dates
One medjool date cut length wise and pit removed, then filled with 1 teaspoon of natural unsalted almond butter.

½ a bulb of a medium sized orange sprinkled with cinnamon.
17 Lemonade popsicle
7 ounces of lemonade frozen in ice pop mold.

19 Frozen chocolate banana
One peeled medium sized frozen and sliced in two. Then dipped in 2 squares of melted dark chocolate and in a crunchy topping…nuts or granola and put back in the fridge for one hour or until the chocolate sets.
20 Banana vanilla smoothie
¼ cup of non fat vanilla yogurt mixed with ½ a cup of sliced banana and blended with ice until smooth.

One shot of espresso with 7 ounces of skim milk.
22 Tropical fruit margarita
